The Role
Our plans are built on a touring model, whereby shows will launch in London and then go on the road internationally to the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Events will range in capacity with our beginning run at around 1000 capacity. There will be both general admission and VIP experiences. Multiple shows will be touring simultaneously, therefore multi-tasking and prioritisation will form an important part of the role.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing the technical side of festivals, sport, theatre and major live ticketed events. International experience and contacts are a bonus. They will be able to demonstrate multiple examples of overseeing the delivery of robust and innovative technical planning and production, operations and logistics, and all aspects needed to deliver a safe and well produced event with multiple facets. They will have a large data base of technical suppliers and creative flair and an understanding of the different needs for an immersive production. This will mean delivering on budget, whilst pushing boundaries with the technology at their disposal.
The candidate will be highly organised and have the ability to lead multiple projects and multitask efficiently. This whilst keeping all stakeholders informed, and responding quickly and dynamically to the technical and safety needs of our live projects. They will be constantly assessing and prioritising work for themselves and the technical production team. They will have an in depth understanding of the company and its production objectives as well as helping develop new properties via feasibility studies and budgeting.
The role will manage the tech production budget and team, and therefore understand the structures and stakeholders needed to manage this sector of the company.
